Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks according to company standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Provide friendly, personalized customer service and recommendations
- Maintain clean and organized workspace, including equipment and service areas
- Process cash and card transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
