- Master espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment through paid on-the-job training
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and creativity
- Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with regulars
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions
- Adhere to food safety standards and health regulations
