Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks according to premium standards
- Master espresso machine operation and milk texturing techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all workstations
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Participate in ongoing skill development workshops
