Responsibilities
- Brew and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, cold brew, and tea.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including espresso machines and dining spaces.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with precision and follow all cash handling procedures.
- Upsell menu items and participate in daily shift briefings and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and drink recipes.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
