Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, cold brew) to brand standards
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash/credit transactions
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols in all coffee preparation areas
- Engage customers with personalized service and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team to maintain clean, organized workspace
- Support inventory management and restocking of supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months coffee service or customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills
