Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages while maintaining consistent quality standards
- Engage customers with warm hospitality and product knowledge
- Manage cash transactions and POS systems with precision
- Maintain spotless cleanliness of coffee stations and customer areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless service
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Participate in regular training sessions for new brewing techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Food Handler's Certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Reliable transportation to our downtown location
