Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using provided high-end espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of equipment, workspace, and customer areas
- Engage warmly with customers, process POS transactions, and handle cash
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of premium coffee supplies
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team to create a welcoming café atmosphere
- Participate in ongoing training for new brewing techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with espresso machines
- Deep knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certificate preferred
- Must pass background check
