Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating areas
- Process transactions accurately through our POS system while handling cash and digital payments
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies and merchandise
- Adhere to food safety protocols and sanitation standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management
