Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages (espresso, lattes, pour-overs) following quality standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Manage inventory restocking, product rotation, and waste reduction
- Operate POS systems accurately while processing cash/card transactions
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to food safety protocols and allergen handling procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months food/beverage service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 18+ years of age with reliable transportation
