Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Learn and promote seasonal menu offerings and coffee education
Qualifications
- 1+ years of coffee preparation experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of espresso machines and brewing techniques
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Team player with positive attitude and problem-solving skills
