Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, espresso beverages, and seasonal offerings
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records
- Ensure cleanliness of all coffee equipment, service areas, and customer spaces
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Collaborate with team to maintain inventory and stock supplies
- Uphold food safety standards and health code compliance
- Support store operations during peak hours and special events
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
