Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks and food items according to company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and answering inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace, including equipment and dining areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Handle cash and card transactions with strict accuracy.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
