- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, specialty coffees, and seasonal beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems accurately and maintain transaction integrity
- Ensure cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and seating areas
- Manage inventory and restock supplies efficiently
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year barista or food service experience
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and milk steaming
- Basic math skills for cash handling and orders
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
