Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages to customer specifications
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service areas
- Manage cash transactions and POS systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless service flow
- Contribute to inventory management and product freshness standards
- Participate in ongoing training for new brewing techniques and seasonal offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional barista or food service experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
