Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and seasonal specialties
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge recommendations
- Maintain spotless cleanliness of espresso machines, brewing equipment, and customer areas
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while handling cash/card payments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow during peak hours
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in coffee preparation or food service
- Strong passion for coffee and willingness to learn advanced brewing techniques
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a customer-first mentality
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory tasks
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
