Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee/espresso drinks following precise recipes
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and processing payments
- Maintain clean, organized workspace including espresso machines and counters
- Manage inventory and restock supplies efficiently
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth peak-hour operations
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- 6+ months of barista or food service experience preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and POS systems
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
