Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages per company standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain sparkling cleanliness across all stations (bar, seating, restrooms)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Stock and rotate inventory efficiently
- Collaborate with team during peak hours for seamless operations
- Adhere to all food safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months coffee shop or food service experience
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude with team-first mentality
