Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with consistent quality and presentation
- Engage warmly with customers, memorize orders, and build genuine relationships
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and seating areas
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and rotating products
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless service
- Adhere to food safety protocols and allergen awareness standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
