As a Barista, you are the face of our brand. We pride ourselves on a welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels like family.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and espresso drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking accurate orders, and making recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including the espresso machine, counter, and dining area.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions and handle payments accurately.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of our seasonal menu items, brewing techniques, and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or coffee shop experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
