Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages following precise recipes
- Deliver outstanding customer service with genuine warmth and efficiency
- Maintain spotless cleanliness of all equipment, seating areas, and service counters
- Operate POS systems and process cash/credit transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours
- Engage with customers to build relationships and promote loyalty
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Punctuality and reliability with flexible availability
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Food safety certification (will be provided if needed)
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn brewing techniques
