Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, drip coffee, and specialty beverages
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain spotless cleanliness of coffee stations, equipment, and seating areas
- Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems
- Upsell premium products, seasonal specials, and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours

Qualifications
