Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages following precise recipes
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team during peak hours for seamless operations
- Source and rotate inventory to ensure freshness

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a barista or similar role (6+ months preferred)
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
