Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee beverages and food items according to standard recipes.
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders with a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment, including sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately.
- Stock supplies (milk, syrups, cups) and perform basic inventory checks to ensure operations run smoothly.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments securely.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure fast service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and recipe measurements.
