Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages and food items according to standard recipes.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace, including the espresso bar and dining area.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, milk steaming, and latte art is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Food handler's permit (where applicable) is preferred.
