Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks per company standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee stations and customer areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions
- Assist with inventory management and product stocking
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and varieties
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's certification preferred
