Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, pour-overs, and tea.
- Operate espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment to ensure consistent quality and proper maintenance.
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional, friendly service to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, dining area, and storage.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Upsell products and handle customer inquiries regarding menu items and dietary restrictions.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
