Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages following precise recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain clean and organized workspace, including espresso machines and brewing equipment
- Process payments accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team to create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere
- Participate in remote scheduling via our mobile app for shift flexibility
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable using digital scheduling tools for remote coordination
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
