Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee beverages using precision techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness across all coffee stations
- Manage inventory and restock premium coffee beans/supplies
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital communication tools
- Contribute to innovative seasonal menu development
- Train new baristas on our remote-friendly operations system
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year specialty coffee experience
- Expert knowledge of espresso extraction & latte art
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings
- Proficiency with digital scheduling & remote collaboration tools
- Food Handler's Permit (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication skills in remote/on-site settings
- Passion for sustainable coffee sourcing practices
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
