Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using provided professional espresso machines
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain clean and organized workspace with supplied cleaning equipment
- Engage customers with product knowledge and friendly service
- Assist with inventory management using provided tracking tools
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety protocols with supplied sanitization equipment
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently with provided commercial coffee equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Reliable transportation to our Tulsa location
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
