Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, pour-overs) following recipe standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace per health codes
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash/transactions
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless service
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Participate in ongoing product training and menu development
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months coffee service or customer experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
