Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages following Urban Brew's recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
- Maintain clean and organized workspace and equipment
- Process payments accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn through paid training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced environments
