Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages using espresso machines and brewing techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, equipment, and inventory
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Upsell bakery items and seasonal promotions to enhance customer experience
- Adhere to health/safety protocols and maintain high-quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional coffee preparation experience
- Extensive knowledge of espresso extraction, latte art, and brewing methods
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory management
- Food Handler's Certification or willingness to obtain
