Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Operate POS systems accurately and manage cash transactions efficiently
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak hours and ensure seamless operations
- Participate in inventory management and product quality assurance
- Support marketing initiatives through social media engagement and in-store promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with specialty coffee knowledge
- Proficiency in espresso extraction, latte art, and alternative brewing methods
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to build customer loyalty
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Basic cash handling and POS system experience
- Food Handler's certification preferred
