Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages following standard recipes
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of workspace, equipment, and seating areas
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations
- Participate in ongoing skill development and training sessions
- Support inventory management and restocking of supplies
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and passion for customer service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Willingness to complete paid training program (4 weeks)
