Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, and seasonal drinks
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge
- Operate coffee equipment and maintain cleanliness standards
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Train on advanced brewing techniques during program
- Participate in weekly tastings and skill-building workshops
Qualifications
- No prior coffee experience required – training provided!
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekend/evening shifts
- Passion for coffee and customer service excellence
- Quick learner with attention to detail
