Responsibilities
- Master espresso brewing techniques and specialty coffee preparation
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build client relationships
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Process transactions accurately and operate POS systems
- Learn inventory management and product rotation
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided!
- Strong passion for coffee and service excellence
- Reliable and punctual with availability for weekend shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Team player with positive attitude
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid Texas Food Handler's preferred (training available)
