Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, tea, and food items according to strict standard recipes.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with precision and safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering inquiries, and making personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a pristine environment, including the front of house, back of house, and storage areas, adhering to all sanitation guidelines.
- Restock supplies (milk, syrups, cups, napkins) to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, tools, and equipment throughout the shift.
- Capture sales data accurately and handle cash or card transactions with integrity.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- A strong passion for coffee, tea, and the coffee-making process.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
