Responsibilities
- Prepare premium coffee beverages using advanced techniques (espresso extraction, latte art, pour-over)
- Deliver white-glove customer experiences in our luxury waterfront setting
- Curate and maintain premium coffee inventory and equipment
- Train junior baristas on quality standards and beverage innovation
- Develop seasonal specialty menus aligned with Miami's vibrant culture
- Manage inventory controls and cost optimization systems
- Collaborate with culinary team on coffee-pairing experiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-end barista experience with portfolio of latte art
- SCAA/SCA certification or equivalent coffee mastery credentials
- Expertise in espresso calibration and equipment maintenance
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced luxury service environments
- Strong inventory management and cost control skills
- Exceptional communication and guest relationship abilities
- Flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and holiday shifts
- Basic POS system proficiency and cash handling experience
