Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, and seasonal specialties
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment safely
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm greetings and personalized recommendations
- Maintain clean and organized workspace including coffee stations and customer areas
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety standards and health department regulations
