Responsibilities
- Master espresso brewing techniques and specialty drink preparation
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee stations and dining areas
- Upsell premium beverages and food items
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience necessary – training provided!
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
