Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee beverages and food items according to company recipes and standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting guests, taking orders, and resolving inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace at all times.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and balance the register at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required (we provide paid training!).
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
