Responsibilities
- Master espresso brewing, milk texturing, and specialty drink preparation
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of equipment, workspace, and customer areas
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/transactions accurately
- Contribute to inventory management and quality control
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless service
- Participate in ongoing training to expand coffee knowledge
