Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage customers with warm, personalized service and product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee stations and customer areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift operations
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking supplies
- Adhere to food safety and health regulations
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn beverage techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Reliable transportation to Cincinnati location
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
