Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee drinks using premium equipment
- Engage customers with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and hygiene standards in all stations
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support inventory management and restocking procedures
- Participate in ongoing coffee training and skill development
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Proficiency with espresso machines and grinders
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Food Handler Certification preferred
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
