Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and seasonal specialties using premium Blue Bottle beans
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine workspace by cleaning equipment and restocking inventory
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Uphold strict quality control standards for every beverage

- Participate in ongoing coffee education and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with espresso machine proficiency
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional multitasking abilities in high-volume settings
- Strong communication skills and customer engagement expertise
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to sustainability and ethical sourcing practices
