Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with customers, building relationships and enhancing their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all coffee stations
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Support inventory management and restock supplies proactively
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations
- Continuously expand coffee knowledge through training and tastings
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience
- Deep passion for coffee and willingness to learn specialty techniques
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
