Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, tea, and smoothies.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, and POS systems with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times.
- Follow recipes and quality standards to ensure every drink is perfect.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process credit/debit cards securely.
- Assist with food preparation and stocking supplies as needed.
