Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks following signature recipes
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service areas
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while handling cash/credit payments
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Participate in ongoing training to refine brewing techniques and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or food service experience required
- Proficiency in espresso extraction techniques and milk steaming
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory
- Flexible availability including weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Knowledge of specialty coffee brewing methods preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for coffee and customer service
