Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, lattes, and teas.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, including the espresso machine, counter, and dining area.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and making recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and handle transactions securely.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- No prior coffee experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
