Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks following Urban Brews' recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems efficiently, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service, including order-taking and personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment, workspaces, and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and rotating products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and food handling protocols
Qualifications
